Pros: cheapest PS3 available to date at $399.
Cons: No backwards compatibility with PS1 and PS2 games at all, no Flash Card Reader and 2 USB ports instead of 4 USB ports like on the 20GB, 60GB and 80GB.

Nommo... nobody OWNS ONE??
--Number of PS3 units sold--
Japan - 1,143,798 as of September 3, 2007
North America - 1,498,800 as of July 23, 2007
PAL territories - 1,300,000 as of August 23, 2007
Worldwide - 5 million+ as of October 9, 2007
I don't know... but 5 MILLION+ units sounds like a LOT of people to me.

Pros - it's cheaper.
Cons:
1). It has 2 USBs instead 4.
2). It has no card reader.
3). You can't play PS2 games.
Apart from that - it's all the same PS3. Buy it, it's great! :-)

The pro is that it has a 40 gb hard drive.
The con is that it's still a playstation 3 that has no good games and lousy online play.

the con is that it's a PS3 and virtually nobody owns one, get with it and buy a Wii.
