I would think just about any!! I have never heard of someone being stopped for buying diet pills, sadly. I didn't realize there were restrictions and if there are, that a huge indicator they are not safe. As a dietitian, I know most diet pills are to be used with a diet and exercise regimen, which anyone can do without wasting money on diet pills or harming a young healthy body.

My best advice in a nutshell for dieters: Don't skip meals. Avoid high fat foods. Talk with you doctor about the exercise.

When boredom, depression, as well as stress causes cravings, find a nonfood way to meet them such as taking a walk, calling a friend, getting a bath, reading a book, or maybe doing some yoga.
