It's due to a lack of visits to your doctor.

The Docs say that cracking doesn't damage unless there is pain associated with the cracking. However, I have found that I feel better when I don't have a need to crack my joints. I feel like I have to crack them in order for them to feel and work correctly. I had a hand massage and they cracked and stretched all my fingers. I don't think they injured me, but my hands didn't feel right for a few weeks. What I have found is that when I work out with weights to make my hand and other muscles strong, then my joints seem to be more flexible, without seeming too loose. So, you might try working with some light weights (or yoga) on a few of the joints to see what happens.

This sounds like some form of athlete's foot. Have you not seen a doctor? There is medication that will cure this but the over-the-counter stuff is a waste of money!

Athletes foot, or, a fungal infection. You need to go and see your GP and get it confirmed. Very easily cured. In the meantime don't stand barefooted on carpets or hard floors as you could pass it on to someone else. Use a separate towel for your feet, don't let it near your face or nether regions as you could spread it there!

Sounds like eczema. You'll probably have to see a doctor.
