I don't know about the hair falling out...but I think it's good that you are telling people about this emotion you're going through. Keep opening up and try to surround yourself with things that relax you (like your dog and music you like), it really helps.

I have been suffering from post partum depression for the past one year when I gave birth to a baby boy. I couldn't stop thinking about how my husband loves him more than me and how things might be better if he wasn't born at all. Thus, I stayed away from him because I knew that I might do something I will regret for the rest of my life.
Almost instantly I went to a therapist and convince them that I need help. Among other things, I've tried herbal supplements and other book to treat depression but nothing works like the Depression Free Method. So now I'm proud to say I'm one of the happiest mother in the world. My husband loves us both very much and I thank the Lord for the blessing he gave us.
Depression Free Method?

I don't know if you are already doing any of this but if you aren't I suggest you do.
1. See a counselor. Tell them how you feel. It will make you fell better and they will probably be able to come up with some good ideas for you.
2. See a doctor. See if you should be put on meds. They can help.
3. Take some of the day just to relax and lay down. Set out some time, go to your room, lay down and close your eyes. Breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth. It will help you relax and relieve stress. Hope this helps.

Time to talk to the school counselor and your family doctor. You may need some meds to get over the hump, and it is useful to talk to someone who is not a friend, just so you feel like you can unload without wearing out your welcome.
Meanwhile, take vitamins, make sure you are getting enough sleep, which can really affect your mood. try taking Melatonin before bed, and spend as much time outside in the sunlight as you can. You may be suffering from a seasonal depression, or it may be exacerbating your condition. changing your lightbulbs to full spectrum light will also help.
Most of all, talk to a doctor and know that this too will pass.

It's really good that you express how you feel inside. It eases your burden.
Your boyfriend must be supportive at you which is really what you need. You might need some other friends too.
Life is full of ups and down. You are maybe in the "down" phase this time but one day, one tomorrow, a special day will come to you.
Don't worry, be happy!

Stress can cause hair to fall out. Please talk to your parents or school counselor. You can get medication that will help you to overcome these feelings. There is no need to suffer in silence. You have a lot of company in this world of others who feel just like you do. Please get some help so that you can enjoy your school years.

the only way to deal with deppression is to get help from a profeesional. Maybe medication will be needed maybe it will jsut to be able to speak to someone who knows how to help you. Trust me, speak to your parents or someone you trust like a teacher and they can help you with this! don't try to do it on your own, in times like these we need others

There are lots of medications out there to help you feel normal again, and also therapy. You should see a doctor ASAP. You don't have to feel this way.
