The federal government makes laws in Canada. So the laws are nation wide and what is illegal in one city will be illegal in another city.

pros? prostitution? That's a weird one, no Canadian law against the act, but laws against soliciting in public.

they are not illegal in Canada but they are also NOT legal there are no authorised red light districts in Canada and if you use their services you will run a risk of having your winkie fall off at best.
