Christian Science prefers to rely on "prayer, faith and spiritual healing" rather than drugs and surgery. They believe that Jesus was "the Wayshower", a proof by example of the divine method of healing sin, sickness and death. They aren't officially forbidden to accept drug treatment or undergo surgery, though most do in accordance with the Biblical interpretations and teachings of Mary Baker Eddy, the founder of the church.
Scientology does not teach any members to refuse medical treatment that would ensure their survival. The medicine Scientology opposes is psychotropic drugs (which includes drug treatment for conditions like ADHD, schizophrenia and autism, and pretty much excludes use of everything from aspirin and caffeine to LSD and heroin). They pretty much support only drugs that will save your life. There are no teaching which prohibit surgery or necessary treatments.
Both were founded by previously unremarkable individuals. Mary Eddy, mentioned above, was the youngest of 6 children. She developed Christian Science in 1869 after turning to the Bible, experiencing a sudden abatement of her symptoms, and coming to the conclusion that was an illusion that could be healed through a clearer perception of God. L. Ron Hubbard was a mediocre science fiction writer with an interest in the occult and in making money. He created a new self-help method (Dianetics), called it a religion and henceforth Scientology was born.
The scripture of Christian Science of obviously the Bible. They also, as mentioned previously, rely on the teachings and writing of Mary Eddy. The "scripture" in Scientology are the writings of Hubbard. What Hubbard has said and wrote is considered infallible and invaluable and NOT subject to interpretation.
Christian Scientists are generally like Christians besides the issues they have with modern medicine. They rely on the Bible, consider God and Jesus to be their personal saviors, go to church, pray, etc etc. Scientologists, on the other hand, are TOLD that belief in God is compatible with Scientology, while the TRUTH is that Hubbard has stated that belief in Jesus Christ and God is an "implant", a false mental implant.
Christian Scientists follows the commandments and teachings of the Bible just like Christians. When it comes to ethics and morality, Scientologists subscribe to Hubbard's interpretation of "ethics". Read more about it here:

Christian Science is a christian faith. They believe that God is present in their lives.
Scientology is non-denominational. They (apparently) believe that the being who started it all is locked up and they must now fix their own lives. (I say apparently because thats mostly based on "secret" knowledge that only the top members know and gets posted here all the time by non-scientologists)
They both have things against some common medical practices which might be why you put them together. The Christian Science faith believes that God can cure most things. Scientologists believe that too many drugs are given to block symptoms instead of cure, particularly by psychiatry. As far as I know both of them do not block people from actually using those services since they both got in some trouble about it.

Christian Science, depending on which Christian Science you're speaking of, either states that science and religion can get along because they are not and do not mess with each other, or they're people that try to prove the Bible with crap science.
Scientology is based off of the science fiction novels of L. Ron Hubbard. Basically, some intergalactic overlord didn't like the aliens in some part of the universe and threw them all into a volcano on Earth. Those aliens' spirits roam the Earth today, and after paying huge amounts of money, the spirits residing in you can be released to...somewhere.

Scientology = Belief based on Science
Christian Science = Science based on Belief
BIG difference. same components, different cause and effect relationship. VASTLY different conclusions
EDIT: oh and btw, all you idiots who think the religion is based on the fiction novels created by Ron L Hubbard, you are WRONG. those are FICTION novels. the religion is based on completely different writings. get your facts straight. Scientology describes itself as "the study and handling of the spirit in relationship to itself, others and all of life."

Well Scientology is a cult that you have to pay for. And it's totally stupid. They think we're aliens from another planet, and you have to pay them $20 a word.

christian scientists are neither scientologists nor christians...they do not believe in medicine, and believe that all health issues can be resolved with prayer. in fact, several christian science parents have been arrested for child neglect because they would not bring their kids to the doctor's and the kids died...(but i'm not saying that all christian scientists are horrible parents)
