Anyone exercise their dog on a treadmill?
Not real fast. just a walking pase.
Most likely when its really cold, rainy or snowing out.

yes! and they really seem to like it. they are a little scared at first so ease into it and start on it with them. it's great for busy people and rainy days.

My dog loves running on the treadmill. I jog in place next to it and he just goes at it. (He's off leash). My other dog is only five pounds and a walking pace has him running full speed. So yeah I guess I like having one.

I guess it is ok to do it when it's snowing or a bad rain storm but fresh air is much better for the dog and for you to get out and exercise together!

Never done it, but there is a boarding/day care/training facility in my area that has a specially designed treadmill for dogs that you can pay for them to use.

Yes, I have a small dog and he has done it before. They have to get used to it at first but tie his leash to where you put your hands and make sure it's a slow pace. Keep your eye on him though....

On the episodes I have seen, the dogs seem to know what to do just fine.
