Realistic Dream?

I had a dream a few nights ago, where I was dying in it ( horrible I might add) and my body actually feel like it was dying. I felt the pain and everything. Has anyone ever experienced this before?

Don't worry it was just a dream! I have bad dreams all the time! It doesn't mean that you're going to die.

I have actually has this happen to me before. I have nightmares somewhat frequently. It is horrible, I think it may be something in the subconscience that causes this.
