People of faith tend to indulge in all-or-nothing thinking.
[G]od is 100% perfect.
Humans are 100% wrong.
They never stop to think that maybe the biblical god could be, say, 45% perfect, 30% flawed, and 25% dead wrong.

Ah, you have all of it found out have not you? nicely, my finite minded pal, interior the installation all grew to become into perfect, constructive, even devil. He was an angel in spite of everything. Then he desperate that, good, he could evaluate and reason to boot as God, so why now no longer undertaking God, why now no longer be God? And that was the 1st step he took, very similar to the step you're taking now. Then the full factor grew to grow to be imperfect. Our egotism and selfishness created a merciless, imperfect international.

People of faith claim that God is perfect because it makes them feel good to believe that God, the creator and manager of the universe and mankind, is of the utmost competence. An incompetent and mistake prone God would have a very hard time gaining followers.

The other day I passed a BMW on the side of the road which was broken down, setting a cloud of oil stained smoke. The drivers window was broken out. The panels were rusted. The back side was piles do high with fast food wrappers that you could not see out the back window. And the back bumper was held on with duct tape.
I doubt that the desginer of that BMW set it up to look like that. Its condition is the results of the driver not taking proper care of it. The designer is not at fault of they do not follow the instructions and care for their vechile.
If you read the Bible, you do not even have to get out of the first chapter to leran something. In Genesis 1:27-30, God gives the maintence of earth to man. He is told to guard, care, and have dominion over the earth. If it is in bad shpe, it is because man has not been taking care of it properly. It is not the fault of the designer.
When God began the human race, he gave them something called "free will". That is the ability to make moral choices, but then live with the consequences of those choices. Our world is the "comdequence" of what man has decided over the ages.
Through it all, God is right there, giving guidelines (in his law), aid (through prayer), with a plan and purpose for each life that will better the world if we decide to follow them. But not everyone does. The mess you see around you is the result of those who reject the plans and purposes of God.
If you are unhappy with the way the world is (and you should be), then get with God, get the plan, and help the rest of us Christians to change it.

People like things to be perfect. Then, no work needs to be done to improve it. If you get the word of God given to you in a perfect form, you don't have to work at developing better spiritual ideas. You could say, that the world is perfect, in that part of its perfection, is its imperfection, which gives us a challenge to improve on things. Of course, this requires work. If God was not perfect, we would have to work, I guess through meditation or prayer, to improve on God. I'm sure a just and moral God would not take offense even if he was perfect.

Maybe, just maybe god doesn't exist. Here are a few reasons why I might think that
1.) Wars
2.) Misery and unhappiness as a part of life
3.) Making Hell a place where people can accept misery and happiness in death so people in hell can become optimists to a situation that they deserve to only be negative about
4.) There is no hell for a masochist
5.) "God" wouldn't have created the world had he known people would falsely exalt him as many gods
6.) Vise Versa for polytheistic feelings toward monotheistic religions
7.) Heaven can't be perfect since it means spending time with those who may be good, but whom you may hate
8.) What would a god want through praise and offerings that he or she or it could not devise of him/her/itself?
9.) The bible wasn't written by god, if it was, the original format would appear in a universal or every language and he would've given it to all peoples of the world.
10.) Gods are like flying spaghetti monsters to some: Though it is a cool idea, there is no credibility in the thought of it.
11.) If god wanted all men equals, why did he create...
a People of the book
b A requirement of special treatments for some people
c Inequality among groups that believe in his existence
12.) Why would he want praise when he gave human beings free will to control the world as they wanted to? He just as well might have left us if you believe in his existence, why humanity has troubles, because we are destorying ourselves, and for our deeds, god doesn't have to smite us, he can just watch. (P.S. I do not believe in a god or any all powerful force).
13.) There's almost no way god took so long to make jesus as his son. He wouldn't have waited that long to create the physical body of his son, nevertheless a soul of his son, since according to christians god has existed since forever, which I don't really get.
14.) If there is a god, he might be evil, which is why he gave us free will to worship him and cause wars and deaths based on religion
15.) There wouldn't be so many oppressive Jesus freaks (pardon me) out there to close the minds of the wise by preaching evil and hatred to the non-believers who won't give in the the fear tactic of hell, which, being an equal opportunity place that instills discipline, optimism for eternity, has a zero-tolerance policy on almost everything, always has a job for you to do so you'll never be bored, and the hass all your average joe friends who've ever sinned being there, sounds kind of nice compared to the unstructured chaotic heaven where only jesus freaks, bored to death with their eternities, would be.
16.) Mary could have been...umm---errr~~~~lying about the divine impregnation. I'm not saying she cheated, but she could've swam in a dirty pool (that happened to a fourteen year old girl once who got pregnant), been violated, or other.
17.) I haven't been smitten yet.
18.) Maybe a supernatural force is saying something about all the great atheists in the world who keep winning nobel prizes and humanitarian awards, and others.
19.) Where could heaven be? It's not a physical place and it can't be a place based on the the thought of pure bliss in the mind since the mind doesn't work when your dead.
20.) The idea of spirits. There is nothing about your body that indicates the existance of a metaphysical or out-of-bodily capable spirit. Think about it for a few days and the though of something inside of you drifting off to heaven sounds sort of ridiculous.
21.) Many people don't stop believing in their religion because their elders instill fear and guilt into the thought of converting at a young age. Therefore the guilt of betraying a nonexistent god and the fear of god smiting you still subsequently exists because of being taught your religion as a child.
22.) One of the most important: It gives people comfort to think that the presence of someone else almighty is with them at all times. It gives them confidence, and some may claim it gives them strength and divine knowledge. Not accepting the fact that no one is with you, but that you are doing extraordinary feats by yourself and without the help of one almighty is too much for some people.
23.) I'll stop here before religious fanatics come to my door with torches.

Of this God & "that God", two Gods to sort out,
"that God" is light void of darkness, which is to say,
that God is grace void of law, which is also to say,
that God is life void of death, which is "allegory".
Of Creator & Maker, that God is the Maker.
Of created & made, made is the perfect part.
Notice God said: let us MAKE man,
as if to say let us play the perfect part,
go on to perfection the third day is also the seventh.
Of created/made, created is the natural part,
of natural first/spiritual afterward, and imperfect.
Imperfect speaks of fault-y law.
Perfect speaks of no fault grace.
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

God created the perfect world... satan tempted man and we continue to fall short of his glory through our sin. Yes, there is only one sin, disobedience to God...He didn't screw up.. It was our own desires and lusts that has the world in the state that it is in today... It will even be worse if a liberal demon like Hillary Clinton gets into office... God is not to blame.... Look into the mirror...Easy to blame God for your shortcommings,huh.. God be with you, seek Jesus

WOW.
Well, first of all, I don't bellieve in heaven and hell, but I do believe in universal karma. So, if you want to blame imperfection on anyone, blame it on ourselves. We're the ones who keep doing what we are doing because we haven't learned from our mistakes. I think we need to be accountable to ourselves, instead of blaming god who is just watching us destroy ourselves.

When God created the world he also made certain laws for himself, and he gave us gifts. One of those gifts is Free Will. When we go into wars, fight, murder, etc., etc., it is humans who claim they are doing it in God's name, not God himself, or we would know without a doubt. He also made us in his image physically, not mentally, and bare this in mind my friend: There is only perfection in imperfection.
