I called my boyfriend today, and he said that last night he had two nightmares about me. In the first one, I called him and said that I'd been raped, and he came to my house and he thought I was dead. In the second, a guy I used to like came and took me away, and all he could do was stand and watch...

These dreams depress me, even. What do you think the reason for these dreams is? And how can he stop having them? Thank you! =]

You mean a lot to him and he's afraid of something bad happening to you / losing you to another. Consider yourself loved! :)

Dreams don't actually mean anything. They are your brain's attempt to interpret electric signals going through it as you sleep. Many make no actual sense, while some may just be an attempt to understand things that happaned during the day.

If this dream might actually mean something, don't go looking for clues solely in the dream. Try looking at outside factors. Maybe he just washed an episode of Law & Order: SVU (dunh dunh dunh dunh DAAA) and couldn't get it off his mind.

Don't worry too much about, because then you might just make it some sort of self-fulfilling prophesy.

maybe he is afraid of losing you. spend more time together and talk. go places that both of you like, eat stuff you like and have fun. good luck. bad dreams are depressing, I agree. hope it gets better.
