does anyone know if any programs that help single mothers relocate to another state??

I'm not sure if any exist........
Unless it's for witness protection.....I really never heard of one.
I starred this so that my contacts might be able to give you some input.

I think if the single mother is running from an abuser you might be able to find an organization.

To help you get there? Well, your local multi service center might be helpful OR salvation army. They help people with a one way ticket to the state they came from.

check with the local Family Services Association in your area. They should have an ombudsman who can answer this type of question for you and put you in touch with the right people.
