On their web site they claim to have "proprietary methods" to get a credit bureau to delete trade/credit lines that have adverse information. There is actually no way to do this if the information is accurate. If the information is not accurate, you can write to the bureaus yourself to get it corrected for free. You can get free credit reports yourself to look for errors.
