Where and how to change the certificate of registration of a vehicle in pennsylvania?

My Sirname is incorrect in the certificate of registration of my vehicle,how to change that?My pin is PA 19333

Go to Department of Motor Vehicles.

Either the count clerks office, or the DMV. A phone call would clear up the process and they could tell you the procedure for changing or correcting the owners name.
