I have tickets to a race on saturday but it looks like it might rain. What happens to my tickets in the event of rain? Do I get a refund or will the race happen another day?

hapened to me at Michigan, ticket was good for the race when it began how many days later, problem is being there when it happens

NASCAR will make every attempt to get the race in on the scheduled date. If the race track has lights and rain isnt forecasted at night then they may delay the race until then. Worse off it will be delayed until the next day. I dont believe tracks give refunds. Your ticket will be good if by chance the race is postponed to another day.

Your tickets will be good for when they get the race in.. Read what is on your ticket about refunds, sometimes you do not get a refund.Nascar makes every effort to get the race in if not its normally the next day, and your tickets will be good..

No the race will just be delayed until it doesnt rain. If it takes a long time they they will not race. No you will never get your money back or they wont schedule it for another day.

NASCAR will try to get the race in that day.
but if it is really bad or nonstop rain then the race will be held the next day.

Read the fine print on the tickets. It usually covers rain-outs, etc. Depends on the track. What race?

What K D said. This year at MIS they ran a race on Tuesday-first time NASCAR ever had to do that.

You get a "Rain" Check. The race will be day to day until the rain stops.

If the rain isn't bad, they'll hold the race on the same day...it'll just be delayed. If it gets rained out completely, they'll hold it the next day and your ticket will still be valid.
