where can i buy those colorful feathers people put in their hair?

i was out of town at a convention and everynight I seen the same girl but she had a different color feather in her hair. It was sort of like a colored hair extention execpt it was a feather. Anyways it added a really nice touch to her attire and gave her a bit of flair and edge. I just wanted to know where could i buy something like that or if she just dyed feathers and put them in her hair.

IDK but i know what you are talking about and they are pretty. They do add flair and touch. Now I want one.
