I think it's bad cause it could ruin relationships and destroy the family gatherings.

I have four girls and I never make them compete with anyone family, friends, or someone off of the street. We do things to have fun, and if you don't have fun you are the loser even if you win the prize. If you have fun you always take the prize, just because it was fun.

Oracle, I believe that competitiveness amongst families can be very healthy providing nobody takes it too seriously. It is when it overtakes people's life's that it can become harmful.

I think it's bad, why compete with the ones you love? How can you ever be proud of each other, if you are always trying to be better than each other
