First of all, in the directions for the pregnancy test, you will see that it says no matter how faint, a positive is a positive. I was getting VERY faints as in I had to ask myself if I was imagining. Then I took a Clearblue DIGITAL and it gave me a VERY clear PREGNANT. I had cramping as well, so my doctor did an ultrasound and found that I had blood around the amniotic sac, which is life threatening for the baby. That may not be the case with you, because I've heard of women just cramping because they are pregnant, but make sure you tell your doctor. At the same time, all of these sound like period symptoms, but since you got a positive, maybe you should try the clearblue digital to clear your mind. It's very black and white, as in it will give you a pregnant, or not pregnant reading. No faintness, no lines to read. Every pregnancy is different. With my daughter I had implantation bleeding. With this one, the only sign I had was cramping. My advise it to take the digital test.

Check a MSCT scanning of your head to rule out brain tumor and EEG ( electroencephalogram ) to rule out epilepsy.
If everything is normal, may be you have got Meniere's disease.
A link for your references.
Good luck!

actually those are very non-specific symptoms and could be related to a multitude of problems, suggest as these are ongoing, you need to see a doctor.

I blame mine on excessive alcohol intake, but would suggest you have a serious bug.
See a doctor immediately, or phone NHS direct if in the UK.

Go to the doctor. Those are too general to many things. Could be the flu, food poisoning. Hope you feel better

I can't tell if you're male or female. If female it could denote pregnancy. If male, you have a serious problem and either sex, you should see a physician immediately.
