i don't think your question is very clear. you think you had a miscarriage 6 months ago at 5 weeks? a doctor would not be able to tell that. a miscarriage so early leaves no sign of having happened after your body has healed.

This depends in part on your blood type and your husband's blood type. With some blood types, there is an antibody generated by the foetus, which remains in the mother's blood stream. But there is no way to tell how far along the pregnancy was.
If you are asking if the doctor can tell whether you were six months pregnant or five weeks pregnant, and the miscarriage was very recent, yes, they can distinguish that.
