If it is a joke and you are Jewish it seems OK.

Maybey if people are being overly kissassey about the jewish, you can say well, they have their drawbacks too.

A little anti- doesn't hurt anyone, so long as it's justified.

Why would anyone want to? Think about what that means. When someone makes any anti remark, whether done in joking or serious, it's picking on that person or that person's family tree. What would be the point? It's not really funny. I'd rather laugh at a situation that we've all been in at one time or another, rather than at a person's nationality. It's best to keep any anit remark to ourselves, and try instead to lift up another person. Too many are slamming each other as it is. How will that ever bring peace? <*)))><

I would say no! But some people also misuse the word anti-Semitic, for instance accusing things like the Passion of the Christ to be anti-semitic.

These days you can be called anti-semitic for merely questioning the politics of Zionism, and the behaviors of the state of Israel towards Palestinians. Look at what happened to Nelson Mandela. So where does being anti-semitic and questioning the behaviors of people who happen to be Jewish begin and end? It's a hard call.

Not as an open public statement... but there are times when you're with close friends who understand each other - and y'all engage in colorful banter and insults with no malice behind your words.

Granted, in the really politically correct world we seem to be living in... if someone is LOOKING to be offended, then just about anything anyone says can be misconstrued as anti-something / -someone.

No.

Well, an anti-semitic joke told to jewish people that you are friends with can be funny...but there are always exceptions for people you know and love when it comes to humor.

No, it's never ok to make a racist remark. You never know who you may offend or who's feelings you may hurt. Racial jokes aren't funny either.
