Today, Jesus is sitting at the right hand of God. He gave us the Holy Spirt, as our Counselor, Guide, Teacher and Comforter. Now, those who believe, and have asked Jesus into their heart, have the very Spirit of Christ within them. That's the difference.

Jesus doesn't walk among us today. According to the Bible, He is seated at the right hand of the Father contiuously making intercession for us. He's our (the believer's) defense attorney combatting satan's continuous accusations against us.
His Spirit does 'walk' with us in that we (believers) are indwelled by the Holy Spirit. One of the The Holy Spirit's jobs is to conform us into the image of Christ.

He will walk in the glory of the father with a new name. Likely he won't be recognized because his followers, like the first time he came, will expect him to outwardly fulfill scripture when he fulfills it inwardly. He warns of this. He will be imprisoned, tortured, and banished from place to place, but his message will prevail and will once again change the planet and take humanity to a new level civilizaiton.

The only things he does differently is he uses a laptop and he drinks (citrus) diet Lipton GREEN TEA out of a tall bottle.

He would have a different haircut. ...and would probably have to deal with racism and anti-semitism quite frequently.
As for getting his message across, he would have to be in a position of media power, so he might be a journalist.
