This could be any number of things from allergies to an eye infection--quite often caused by the kitty scratching itself and accidentally hits her eye. You need your vet to diagnose and treat this. Cats don't cry--at least not like people do. They can get depressed and listless, but they don't cry tears. Hope you get her to the vet soon, don't let this go on for a long time--it could cause problems, even blindness on down the road. Good luck in getting her treated.

take her to the vet right away. she might have an eye infection or perhaps she got something caught in it.
if you can, call your local vet, explain the situation and they might be able to tell you if it's serious and if you need to bring her in.
because while it might not look like a problem on the outside, if you do not get the problem fixed it could be something simple now but lead to major complications down the road.

It might be nothing that a warm wet wash cloth can't take care of. But your cat could have something in her eyes, or even an infection. Have a vet take a look.
Good luck!

Crazy guy, Yes I am one of the people that gave you a thumbs down, how about if your family member trade you in for a rat...
Anywho, I don't know the answer to your question sorry, I just wanted to read some of the answers, and just wanted to reply because I wanted to let crazyguy know who gave them a thumbs down..
But call a vet and ask them over the phone, or they may want to do a check up on your cute kitty...
ps, I love cats...

She could have an upper respiratory infection and may need to see a vet. Watch her closely for for sneezing and nasal discharge. Or it's possible an allergen is bothering her eyes and they may clear up in a few hours.

How long is this been going on? It could be several things, such as an allergy or respiratory infection. Have a vet check her out.
