It is bus driver appreciation week next week and I just don't know what to get my daughters bus driver. She is so sweet and nice so I want to get her something special. Anyone have any good ideas?

I sometimes give gift certificates for those "special" people in my daughter's life gift certificates to either the grocery store or to a restaurant. Sometimes we also get a present that specifically caters to that person. Example: we are giving her bus driver a christmas ornament that says "school bus drivers make special deliveries." Just an idea!

At Christmas time and at the end of the school year, we give our kids' bus drivers gift cards to either Starbucks or to the local movie theater. I know it isn't very creative . . . but the gift is something for them to enjoy on their time with their family. The feedback from the bus drivers was positive, they really enjoyed the treat and appreciated the thought.

At the beginning of the schoolyear my kids driver gets a Thank You bag from us. I put in a med. sized hand sanitizer, a box of tissues, tums, and a sm. tylenol bottle. At Christmas I replace the hand sanitizer and tissues but give hand warmers too. At the end of the year I give him a gift card to Dunkin Donuts. They have had the same driver since my 16 y.o. was in Kindergarden.

I used to drive bus, and I would get gifts like candles or bath salts. She will appreciate anything you give her, even if it is just a note telling her how nice she is and how you feel your daughter is safe with her driving.

She's no longer likely to think of you're being recommend in case you supply her $10. you're giving her a cutting-edge, it extremely is greater suitable than the different childrens do. That mentioned, i think of giving a cutting-edge to the bus motive force is nearly stupid, distinctly in middle college. i've got in no way heard of anybody doing that. instructors do no longer get carry of presents in middle college--why might desire to bus drivers?

last year, I got them candles (he had 2 different drivers). they were pretty with a nice wrapping on them.

or. you could always have your child make a card and put her school picture in it. and anything else thin so it will fit in an evelope, like a bus magnant!
