If God has power over everything than why did he make us. Why couldn't he just Force us to obey him instead of leaving things to chance. Why didn't he just create us all one type of clear, focus, and rightious mind. Why would he create something that he knows he will burn later on. Isn't it just a waste of our and, more infantly, his time. Can't he find something better to do. If he just wanted people who love him and believe in him then he could alter mans's mind into thinking the right things. Does God know the Future, If so why did he even create us to go through wars, fightings, kids getting raped, etc... if he could just show his face for everyone to believe. Why were all the prophets human? why couldn't God send down an angel for us to believe in him more surely. Why did God let satan into the garden of Adam and Eve when he could just easily block his way or something.
Nothing makes sense anymore with all these messed up stories I don't know what to believe.

We don't have to live in fear. For those who say Love is the answer. Love is just an emotion. And if God is all mighty he can trigger any emotions he wants us to feel right. So if God makes us live in Harmony and triggers our emotions of happiness, love, and belief. I'd rather be a robot inservice to God without any doubt of his awareness than be human with doubts and the felling that you are woring for someone who you are uncertian of his presence. What clear messages has God given us that there is an after life. I don't want anything from the bible or other books I want solid data.

No one wants to be loved via fear and enforcement.
If we were all a like, that would be quite boring.
I'm on the fence about the burning, and so I don't have a comment on that one. (But why would I have a child if I knew that if its a girl that she would have a 66% chance of being molested by the age of 18, because I hope that knowing this I can influence her and raise her up to have a happy normal life, I hope to give her the tools to keep herself safe, and to make wise decisions).
I think humans hold so much value on life on earth, when God clearly states that the treasures are not on earth, but in heaven, and that this life here is like a blink of an eye. How many times have we learned and grown from some tragedy?
God did send several angels, and still does.
It's normal to be confused, and not understand. This is the fork in the road. You either take a leap of faith, and believe in a God that loves you or by your own understanding chose not to believe. It is very complex, yet very simple.
Whenever I read "lean not unto your own understanding" I smile, because so many people turn to logic, reason, their knowledge, scientific knowledge etc, and to give up that understanding and fully trust in God seems preposterous, It was really hard for me to read this with out thinking, "Yeah OK, sounds like conditioning to me" but I've done it, because the times where I have found peace and joy came from me following my heart which ultimately went against normal logic and reasoning...Anyway...blessings!

I asked a question yesterday about pre labour signs, i dont ask many i try to find other questions already asked or surf the net for my answers. The reason I asked is i wanted to hear form other mothers about there experiences.(as my experience this time is different to my other 3) I already knew the answer to my question and saw my doctor today, who's answer was keep the baby in for 2 more weeks so i could have it at the local hospital. Maybe sometimes we are a little embarrassed to ask our Dr certain questions because like you said why arnt they common sense. I do wonder the same thing about certain questions that are asked over and over again. As most of the time we at home would never know.

Love is the answer. God is perfect and didn't need anyone or anything to add or diminish his perfection. He had so much love that He created us to share that love with us. He made the entire creation for us, to take care of our needs. And then He created us in His image and likeness, meaning with intellect and free will. He entrusted us with our soul -- the soul being the breath of God within us. He loves us so much that He trusts that we will return that soul back to Him. With our intellect he makes sure that we have all the information necessary for us to make an intelligent decision. Our free will gives us independence to make the decision if we are for Him or against Him. Everything we do is an exercise of that free will. Intellect and free will are His gifts, and He loves us too much that He will not take them back even if we use them to our perdition. God sent prophets who are humans because they understand the human condition and we can relate better with them. He did send angels from time to time to deliver His message. But the greatest act of God's love is sending His only son Jesus Christ to save us all from sin, that we ourselves have decided to embrace in the Garden of Eden. Remember God has given us everything to make sure we return our souls back to Him, it is up to us to make that decision. He loves us so much that He is not going to take back His gifts even if He doesn't approve of what we do with them.

You're looking at only Judeo-Christian sources/understandings. There are other understandings of the human relationship with the creator. Become knowledgeable of the many sacred traditions, including First Peoples and the other great religions of the world. We can learn from the other sacred traditions a different vision of what humanity is.

God did not create us to be His robots. God didn't want robots. He wants us to CHOOSE Him. And if choosing Him is one choice then there has to be another choice which is satan.

If God yadda, yadda, yadda... why would he need to do any creating at all? Forget about just the need to create humans. Why any of it?

There are no answers to your question. It is all just a story.

If God exists and is truly omnipotent, the only thing we gain with free will is the possibility of going to hell.

To believe in Christianity you have to ignore the part of your brain that tells you 'this is not logical' otherwise you will see it for the nonsensical rubbish that it is

Welcome to skepticism! Don't worry, it's healthy and with doubt you can free your mind from the shackles of blind belief. Life is more interesting, more fun, and more real as a skeptic.
