Hey guys. Me again. Sorry if my questions seem very repetitive, this is the second similiar kind of question I've asked.
The problem is I'm very confused, I have this "condition" (not sure what else to call it at the moment) which I can't quite put my finger on to find out what the cause or problem is, or what I can even do about it. I thought it was delayed gastric emptying, but then somebody said that doesn't exist? So what have I got?!
Symptoms are: no feeling in the stomach, no sense of hunger or fullness, wanting to eat all the time (I'm wondering if this is for emotional reasons or not), extreme depression and frustration because of it.
So what is it? And what can I do about it to get my stomach better again?
I have tried asking my GP, but she wasn't very helpful. A little discouraging actually.

You have got gastroparesis + anxiety and depressive state. Let's try:
1- Primperan 10mg ( metoclopramide ) 1 tab x 2 times a day.
2- Becofort ( B1+ B6 + B12 ) 1 tab x 2 times a
day.
3- Jogging : 1/2 hour x 2 times a day.

But at first, be sure to be checked by abdominal ultrasound, gastroduodenoscopy, colonoscopy, complete blood count, chest XRay, fasting blood glucose, liver and pancreatic enzymes... etc...to rule out any severe underlying disease.

Hope that may help you!
Good luck!

Actually, you may have been on the right track with you idea about delayed gastric emptying - this condition is called gastroparesis. Gastroparesis is caused by a problem with the vagus nerve. However, it is also thought that some eating disorders interfere with the vagus nerve, so that is also a possibility. It might be a good idea to visit a neurologist or a doctor that specializes in eating disorders.

Some drugs make you not feel full. Prescription kind or not. Medication like adderall depresses the appetite. Pain killers dull the pain, therefore making you feel like you still have room in the stomach. Also taking a teaspoon of vinegar or vinigar pills, relieves stomach pain after a heavy meal for me.

You need to start exercising. That will help with your depression.

ALL this sounds psychological to me.
