The life expectency of men is increasing while it is decreasing for women. Some studies suggest the reason could be that fewer men now smoke than before but the numbers of women who smoke are increasing.
But I believe women out live men because of our desire to have a little (much deserved) time to ourselves. I hope your wife has a large life insurance policy on you. She deserves it.

Men die earlier than women because they do hard physical work all their life. Those wo work with their minds and handle very stressful jobs they also die soon.
If women deliver babies and raise them in addition to hard jobs that men do, they will die sooner than men.

It's because of manual labor. It takes years off of your life. I bet now it will start to even out because girls are doing more "manly" jobs and guys are doing more feminine jobs. Another reason I think might be because a higher percentage of guys eat like crap. Example, my girlfriend and I go out for dinner: I'll have a double bacon cheese burger and she's have a chicken salad. I'm hoping to die nice and happy from a heart attack.

No; if you'd read that article a little more throughly, you'd see the reason men die earlier because they try to hard to impress us females. It's a little absurd if you ask me. Another reason they die earlier is because of unhealthy activities like smoking, etc.(I'm not listing all the reasons). Next time don't read part of the article; read it all before you say anything.

Men have other options, it aint the womens faults they are to pussy to do something other then die...
Men know nothing about stress.. they dont have stress... what do they do? Women, raise the children..baths, supper, clean, run kids to extracurricular activities, sports..

No, evolution dealt men a slightly worse deal: more vulnerable physically and mentally to stress on the average. More male babies die on the average than females as well.
