Airbus A380, though it hasn't clocked up as much time in the air as a 747, technology- wise, its definitely more advanced than a 747- 400, way more quieter, makes almost half of the noise a rickety 747- 400 makes(just ask British Airways), more space and besides the huge forehead, i'd say it looks better too, just search for a head on pic and look at those massive dihedral wings curve, kinda like a gull ready to fly,so i'll say for me, the A380 is definitely the best plane.

Last time I checked the A380 has never had a crash. It is the latest technology and has a more efficient design than the 747, it has more range and uses less fuel.
As for looks the sweep of that huge wing makes a great honking plane like the 380 actually look graceful.

They both have exactly the same design cruise speed, Mach 0.85 (about 567 mph).
Looks is purely subjective. I've always liked the looks of the 747, to me the A380 looks "bloated". But, to me, the 777 also looks "bloated", but it's really grown on me.

Airbus Industries is the corporate that produces Airbus planes, a competitor of Boeing. Airbus A380 stands out as the suitable passenger airplane, being waiting to hold as much as 800 passengers. would be released in 2007 reason they could decide some thing... to make it thoroughly operable.

i would vote for the boeing 747!!!!
airbus a380 looks like an egg when viewed it from front....................the boeing 747 looks more attractive than a380, yep , their speeds and the controls are all the same but boeing 747 is more attractive!!!!!! a380 could sink sometimes coz of its weight but theres no chance for boeing 747 to stall or sink
Please vote for Boeing 747

747. The A380 already has too many problems e.g. taxiways at airports arent big enough, its wingspan is too long, gates at some airports arent big enough, delivery delays. Also UPS and FedEx withdrew their A380F orders and may place orders for the 747-8.

When the A380 has done the job for 30 years then you can compare them.
Until then its an unknown quantity.

747SP gets my vote
that is the aircraft NASA uses for that
in the tail section telescope.
Good cargo loading and efficient cabin.
It rides like a Suburban and most things get out of the way
when you shine the head lights at them.
Remember, you my have to land this thing some place,
and few airports can handle the A380.......
usability and service simplicity,really.
