However, I still have light chest pain (nothing intolerable) and I still have some palpatation through-out the day... anyone have any idea what might be going on? Specially since I had all the testing and everything's normal...! I dont understand if everythings normal what else could it be?

Assume it is your heart. No more caffeine or chocolate, no alcohol. do a heart smart diet. the stress test is a good way to stretch out your heart, the cardiologists always call heart pain anxiety in young people but anxiety does not cause those symptoms unless there are underlying heart problems... The pills they give are not as good as a good diet and light exercise. swimming is best..

How is your blood pressure? It could be stress. My neighbor went to the doctor with chest pains, ended up going to the hospital and had a heart cath. Her arteries were in great shape. They decided it was anxiety.

The next step is a heart cath which is more invasive but can show other abnormalities that are not picked up in other tests.
