Some people say that everything happens for a reason. What reason could there be for an abortion?

Yes they do, they go back to heaven, where they are given another chance if they so wish. Like Adam and Eve were led to sin to allow Gods plan of forgiveness and redemption to work, so maybe an abortion works that way too.

Yes aborted babies have souls- Every baby that has been aborted, which by the way is 4,000 a day in the USA alone- is in the arms of Jesus- And yes, God can forgive an abortion- however, just like any other sin, it cost the life of His Son-
So if anyone has had an abortion, they can ask Jesus to forgive them, through the shed blood of Christ and they will be forgiven- and like any other person who sins, if there is true repentance then they are saved and the grace and mercy of God is upon them. I had to admit that I am a sinner and do the same thing.
Repentance however is not just feeling sorry for what you did, it is turning away from whatever sin has entangled you and turn back to God. Abortion is wrong, however, God can use anything to draw people to Him- the reason for anything is to come to know the grace and mercy of God- there is no excuse for abortion or any sin however,

Yes aborted babies have souls. They go to Heaven. There's a time frame that God give kids to accept him and if they die before they can really understand the concept they go to Heaven automatically. I think the age is 13. It says somewhere in one of Moses' books. God can forgive anyone for anything. He's a forgiving God. There's only one thing the Bible says is unforgivable and that's consistently denying God and his works. They call it balsaming the Hold Spirit. It's kinda confusing but that's my understanding of it. I think the reason for abortions is that God gave everyone free will. People choose to kill the babies, it's not God plan for them.

Any kind of action....bring consequences.
I Don't agree with the abortion.....We have a plenty knowledge for to know what are we doing in our life.
But and the same time...would be hard to know what should I have to do if somebody rape me- or -rape my daughter ?.
I heard stories about this polemic team in the Christian Channel... One of this stories call my attention, in which one, was a lady was rape by a neighbor one night.
She shouldn't know what to do in that moment, when the doctor informed to her, that she was pregnant.
So...She pray to God , to help her to take a decision, the most important in her life., in one hand she heated to have something to make her remember that guy, but in the other hand, her faith and her conscience about the " LIFE" was part of her belief.
Few days later, she decided to have a baby, she was thinking, that the child didn't have to pay the consequences from the sins of one man.
Right now...this little girl is 8 years old, and she is the pride and happiness for this BRAVE MOTHER !!!.
I know that sounds like one of those exceptions in a 100 cases every month......but this is one of the examples, to make us think, that any human being have a soul doesn't matter if they're unborn child., we are the sinners, not the babies.
God is taking care of these little souls....they are innocents !!!.

Everything does not happen for a reason, I feel that is myth now... I do believe some things happen by bad choices, good choices, and some things happen by the work of the devil... God would never allow innocent babies to die like that... The only mention in the Bible where it is evident children died was in the flood of Noah's days...
As to what happens to them from the point of Resurrection, I feel God remembers all those who have lost their lives from injustice's... GOD is LOVE... Clearly he is not the cause of such acts....
And yes, GOD forgives all repentant hearts... He loves us... But to be repentant is vital...

is the foetus in the woom (spelling :S) even a human being?? If it IS a human is it a person?? Philosopher Peter Singer argues that a human being is not a person until they develop sentiance (awareness of surroundings) 28 days after birth.
If the children nwho ahve been aborted were born they would only add to overpopulation- if there parents wanted an abortion it probably means they wouldn't have been loving or capable parents anyway or that they did not have the finiancial ability to support a child.
Finally- tehre is no devine purpose to ANYTHING even most christians would argue against the idea of a devine purpose (i hope).

An Aborted Child, or a Miscarried Child is innocent, there fore he/she is with God.

Hmm? Does god forgive the violent rapist with aids for savagely making this fetus? Does god forgive himself for making a significantly deformed fetus who will in basic terms wade through on earth? oh yet obviously he does!! All he has to do is repent and ask!!! How obtainable. USE YOUR mind
