Talk to your priest, he can tell you how to get started, and I'm sure he will be really proud.

Talk to a Russian Orthodox priest about it.
Many catholic priests are converting to Orthodox these days so that they can be married. In the past 25 years, my family's church in Massachusetts has had priests who have been from German, Irish, and Italian families. Most of the mass is in English now, so language is not a problem, at least in the church in America.

I will grace your question by taking it seriously.
You should speak with a ROPriest and ask.
Then you go to seminary and study for several years.
Then you're ordained and assigned to work with an older priest as your mentor.
Then, if you're lucky, you get a congregation of your own.

Grow a hideously-long beard, don't shower in a month and get a blanket for a robe....
The rest is just wishful thinking...
