squats will help you the most, they are not fun but they really work. maybee doing leg presses or dead lifts could help a bit too but i would go with squats, and a lot of them.

Try the trunk turn, or in my opinion, the best is cycling. Of course this is for elimination of the butt, but eating tons of the thing that makes America fat will go a long way in getting a big one.

You don't exercise to get a big butt... in fact exercising is to reduce butt size... you have to eat more meat.
