I delete them, hopefully before I get any answers...
But if I do get answers before I realize my stupidity, I leave it up and appologize. Hey, free two points to the people who answer.

I've never really felt that I asked a dumb question, but I have felt lame after asking questions that were supposed to be funny that in retrospect really weren't so much. :P
All that's no big deal...what really pisses me off is when I ask a sincere question and nobody will actually answer the question because a small part of it didn't jibe with their beliefs or opinions somehow. That's part of the reason why I don't ask many sincere questions anymore, because nearly everybody, regardless of religion, belief or philosophy tends to take a big, ruthless s**t on you.
And THAT...is the real problem with R&S. Not the trolls.
Oh, and the questions that I do get a lot of c**p for, I don't delete them. that would be stupid. :) Why waste my investment of five points? I'd rather let somebody get 10 points out of the deal, even if none of the answers have anything to do with the question.

I am not a teacher...but I really do not belive in lame questions. If you do not know you do not know. However, that does not prevent me, or a good friend laughing or smiling at you. And If that happens well laugh at yourself. You should never take yourself so seriously that you can never laugh at yourself.-----Besides it is only a matter of time before they say something silly too.

well when we think a thought, it seems different to us than when we actually put it together in words. and to have those words staring at you from the computer screen makes you realize that this is the shape your thoughts have taken to be represented in front of millions of online netizens. so while your thoughts are private, they feel all okay...but when they become public and move from the abstract to the tsngible, that's when you may feel that the words do not measure up
at this point of time, i begin to feel rather foolish, and answerers often remind me of how foolish i should be feeling, so there!

Well I feel lame and then I stop asking questions for a while. But I'd never deny it was me. That would make it worse. haha

Ask Catholic Crusader...lol.
I don't know whether his questions get deleted by the admins as he claims, or whether he just decides to delete them himself when he doesn't get the response he wanted, but every time I answer a question of his, it vanishes from my list within 10 minutes.

I feel really stupid :-) It happened to me too and I think it happens sooner or later to everyone (except for those who ask lame questions everyday). I guess it's forgivable, though your answerers are usually not forgiving you :-)
