Never been to a sizzler, but Red Lobster is great.

Lobster stuffed mushrooms

I miss the days when Sizzler was the go to place. Red Lobster is the better choice now.

That all depends on what you want to eat. Red lobster...surf. Sizzler...everything. Personally I would not got to Sizzler if I was wanting seafood, as I would not go to Red Lobster for steak or chicken. There are lots of better seafood places out there than Red Lobster for comparable prices and better "everything" places than Sizzler, but if that's all thats around you gotta eat, right! My vote...Red Lobster!

I'd go for Sizzler, at least they have a nice salad bar with all the fixins for salad, tacos, and soup. Their crab legs aren't bad.
If I want seafood, there are a lot of nicer local places that charge about the same as Red Lobster, but a lot better.
