Yes, "god" is real. He might be the creator and supreme ruler of the universe; she might be an 'intelligent designer' or it might be no more than an evolutionary 'big bang' theory. But "god" is real.
What does that have to do with finding out if an Army reserves unit has been deployed???

The existence of God was affirmed in an official report by the Navy in World War Two. A destroyer was caught in the typhoon off of Okinawa in 1945. She laid over on her side far beyond the angle considered survivable by her builders. After five minutes she righted herself. Other than broken deck fittings, the major damage was the crosspiece on her mast, which had been bent upward, as if a giant hand had shoved her out of the ocean. A Naval Court of Inquiry was held because the ship was damaged. That panel concluded it was the hand of God which pushed that destroyer upwards out of the ocean.
As for your other question, ask someone at the unit's headquarters.

Guess you never heard the old saying, "There are no atheists in a fox hole". This means the even people whom call themselves an atheist will pray to God and ask that he/she get them out of that fight without being killed or wounded.
God is in your heart and if you believe in him/her, then God is very real.
