My boyfriend has not done anything wrong or changed he tells me he loves me and to this day has treated me like a princess. So I don't understand why I keep having this dream every night for the past week!

Simple... it's because you love him. You feel as though he doesnt realise how much you love him. Next time you see him make it clear to him just how much he means to you. My GF had the same problem it worked for her.

Dreaming of breaking up while the relationship is great shows subconsciously you may not be content with what you have.
In other words, your mind is telling your that if that happens, you will more choices. Even though you don't admit that would be true, however, deep down in your subconscious mind you may feel not enough challenges. That is why you wanted to vent out your feeling

You are suspicious of your boyfriend. Did he let you down in the last time?
Maybe you should speak to him about your dreams and make sure that you love him. But don`t take your dreams too seriously. They only show what you feel in your subconsciousness.
