I'm thinking that the estrogens are produced by follicles and corpus luteum, & can't figure out if progesterone is secreted by CLuteum, or also the FSH?
Please help clear this up.

FSH stimulates estrogen secretion
LH stimulates progesterone secretion

both FSH & LH are secreted by the anterior pituitary gland.
FSH & LH are called 'gonadotropins'

correct - estrogen is secreted by follicles, & progesterone by corpus luteum.
(but during 4th to 9th months of pregnancy, progesterone is largely secreted by the placenta)

also, in males, FSH stimulates spermiogenesis; LH stimulates testosterone synthesis by the 'interstitial cells of Leydig'. recall that FSH & LH are secreted by the pituitary, & thus need by both sexes

FSH and LH are referred to collectively as gonadotropins. In both sexes, FSH stimulates gamete (sperm or egg) production and LH promotes production of gonadal hormones. IN females, LH works with FSH to cause maturation of an egg-containing ovarian follicle. LH then independently triggers ovulation and promotes synthesis and release of ovarian hormones.
