Can anyone tell me if this symptoms are from tmj? I know i hve tmj but recenlty ive been getting daily headaches and my left arm hurts. Then sometimes my muscles feel very tense and it feels like they twitch. Its really scaring me. Can someone help me out please. TY

Well ive always had the arm ache its like my bone aches. My husband says its just stress. Thats a relief. :0)

hey I have the same thing they say I have TMJ and I also have anxiety attacks they say I am too tense and need to learn to relax it makes my arm go numb and my chest hurt. I went to the Dr. they said I need to relax.

Symptoms:
* Ear pain
* Sore jaw muscles
* Temple/cheek pain
* Jaw popping/clicking
* Locking of the jaw
* Difficulty in opening the mouth fully
* Frequent head/neck aches

If you're having arm pain, could be the symptoms of a heart attack. When was the last time you had cholesterol and a yearly physical done? Heart attacks can occur at any age, not just to older people.

I have never had or heard of arm pains associated... But i do get headaches. The more i am stressing the worse things get.

I doubt so... TMJ has to do with your jaw...
