-Stir.
-add one 2.5'ish pound London Broil. (cut of beef)
-spoon chile mixture over beef.
-cook until the meat falls apart easily with a fork (about 8-10 hours).

To be honest with you, I only get my slow cooker out when I know I won't have enough time to cook a proper meal. I use sauces in a jar and whatever meat I have, one of my family favourites is a sausage casserole make with Knorr's Sausage Tonight Ranch BBQ sauce. Also a jar of any Patak's curry sauces and already cubed meat it's even faster and they always work.
My husband loves the rice pudding I make in the slow cooker too, just use your normal recipe, throw it all together in the slow cooker and forget about it, lol

Slow cooker pulled pork It’s not real barbecue, but it is real easy and really good Ingredients For the rub: 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup smoked paprika 5 tablespoon garlic powder 3 tablespoon onion powder 5 tablespoon chipotle powder 5 tablespoons kosher salt 1 tablespoon black pepper 5 lbs Boston butt pork roast 1 large onion quartered 5 cloves of garlic crushed 1 cup red wine vinegar Chicken stock in a box Method Combine the ingredients for the rub in a bowl or in a jar and combine thoroughly. Cut 1 inch wide and 1 inch deep slits in the roast with a chef’s knife. Rub meat down with rub ensuring some gets in the slits. Place the rubbed roast in a slow cooker and add the onion, garlic and vinegar and enough chicken stock to just cover the roast. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours. Take the roast out of the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Serve on buns with favorite barbecue sauce and cole slaw.

I make a pretty good "pulled Pork" recipe in my slow cooker...its a fun, easy meal.
can't recall where I got it but probably www.recipezaar.com
3 lb pork roast
1 can of french onion soup
1 cup Ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
combine all ingredients, put pork in slow cooker, pour mixture over the pork...cook until tender and meat falls apart.
pull the pork apart using two forks...serve on hamburger buns.
i've found that I don't really like the flavor of the mixture after its all cooked, so I pull all the meat out and put in a different BBQ sauce. also...last time i made it I didn't have the vinegar and it still came out great!!!

Our favorite is corned beef brisket.
Put the corned beef brisket in the crockpot and sprinkle the seasoning packet in. Add a quarted red onion, a couple quartered potatoes, a lot of minced garlic, maybe some celery and/or baby carrots if you have them, a few bay leaves, a light beer, and about 4-5 cups of water.
Cook on low for 8 hours if you're going to be busy or gone, or high for 4-6 hours to get it done quicker.
It's so tender it just falls apart. Mmmm.

Believe it or not, the best crock pot recipe I've ever used I got from an author. Her name is Karin Slaughter and she writes murder/forensic mysteries based in the south. It is for a pot roast called Coke Roast. The night before needed, heavily salt and pepper an English roast and place in a large bowl. Cover with a 2-liter of Coca-Cola and refrigerate overnight. The next day, place in a crock pot and cover with beef broth. Cook on high for 3 hours, then turn down to low for minimum of 3 hours or as much as 6 hours. It is the most tender, moist roast I've ever had! I do hope you try it!

I love beef and noodles from the slow cooker. I place a beef or venison roast in the crock pot and fill with water...just to cover the meat. I then add several beef cubes and garlic salt and kosher salt and pepper to taste. I then let sit all day on high. About a half hour before it is time to eat I add a package of egg noodles. My family loves this! I serve it with biscuits or crescent rolls! yummo! Also if you check out http://www.freewebs.com/theprimitivepantry/ you will find tons of pre- mixed items good for crockpot cooking! All have been tested!

My mom has made this for us kids for years and now I make it for me and my daughter. I really have no idea where she got the recipe...probably the back of a Campbell's soup can or something. hehe
This is so simple its a shame...
One chuck roast of your choice
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Set your crock pot on low. Mix soup mix and mushroom soup in a bowl. Spread over the top of your roast and let it cook from morning till dinner time.
The bonus to this recipe is both soups plus the juices from the roast make a pretty tasty mushroom and onion gravy which you can serve along side with your favorite style of potato.
