Sometimes I do.
The Raising of hands has a two fold meaning, When a Christian raises his/her hands way up in the air with the palms outward it is an outward expression of surrender to the Lord, when a Chrsitain raises his/her hands not so high about chest level with the palms facing up it is an outward expresssion of thanks and praise for 'receiving' the gift of salvation from Jesus .

You should do as the Lord leads, as far as speaking in toungues, that is unbiblical unless you have a few interpreters. Now as for shouting, if it is pleaing to the Lord, like dancing when you dance are you dancing for the Lord or dancing to get your groove on, there is a difference.
