Immitation Israel is the leading cause of all conflict.
The real one died a long time ago.
Let's put this new Israel to the test to see if they are truly God's chosen people. Let's be neutral and leave Israel alone. Surely God will save them from their enemies if they are indeed his chosen people. Maybe if we stay out of it, God will part the Persian Gulf and swallow up all the Iranians, er somethin' like that.

Because they think that Jesus is going to come back (without realising that it was meant to happen in the lifetime of his disciples) and start a big war in which the Jews will all die but that they'll need to be around for it to happen.

As for how much Israel should be supported, I think it should continue since it is about the only democracy in the region though fixing the other side of the problem is also going to need to be done (and the past Israeli support of Hamas (as an attempt to weaken Fatah) is really looking like a very bad idea right now).

Though if no one is supporting any one else in the middle east Israel would probably still survive (and they do have nuclear weapons if they need to threaten their neighbours).

The historic previous of the rustic of the folk if Israel of direction is as historical because of the fact the Biblical account or Jews being compelled out of what's present day Israel and Palestine. The British government generic Israel as a place for dispossessed Jews to have a fatherland. This led to terrorism from Israelis and Palestinians by way of compelled employer of Israel via an exterior means. assaults on the British and between rival communities ultimately drove the British military to desert the area. Israel has an important team of acquaintances interior of u.s. that foyer on Israels behalf. there is likewise the certainty that Israel is a democratic u . s . with a shape and regulations like in the west who're supported via U.S. help the two in money and militia hardware. etc. quite a number of the interest in the section isn't classic terrorism yet is unquestionably a sort of gorilla warfare no longer in comparison to different conflicts the place there is an inbalance of means.

Christian Zionists believe that the renewed nation of Israel is the fulfillment of prophecy heralding the soon second coming of Jesus Christ.

They believe that Christians will receive their reward in heaven based on the way they have treated God's chosen people.

It is not blind support. Certainly they can see that Israel has made some wrong decisions, but they also clearly see the hand of God in the creation on this nation.

I support Israel, because God tells me to support and love the Jews.

Israel is not the leading cause of conflict, the Palestinians, the Syrians, the Iranians and their supporters never wanted Israel back into their land, but God said He would bring them back and He did in 1948 in one day they became a nation.

If you touch Israel, God says you are touching the Apple of His Eye and God claimed that Temple Mount Area for Himself.

God says what He does hereafter to Israel will be for His Holy Name and not for Israel.

We are to pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

We should stay out of splitting the land and giving Palestine a statehood that is for sure. God even mentions in His Word about them "parting His land."

When God fights for Israel, we will all know what He is doing. We will be amazed and the enemies of Israel will be stupefied.

Supporting Israel is one thing and i agree we should, as we should any other endangered population anywhere in the world. But with America's obsession with "regime change" in other sovereighn states perhaps they should start looking at changing the israeli regime and replace it with one which genuinely seeks peace with its neighbouring countries.

We are going to leave them alone. Then the Iranians, Russians and two other countries are going to mass at their northern border to destroy them. God will then step in.

You've obviously never read Romans chapters 9, 10, and 11. The answer is clear there. The Jews have a special place in God's heart and God's plans. The one that attacks them, attacks God.
