"Abortion is murder" is a slogan, not a law.

An unwanted child is unwanted whether it is aborted or whether it is kept and neglected. I'm no fan of abortion but I can see the necessity and practicality of it.

IF abortion is Murder a Woman should do Jail time but not get the death penalty. The death penalty is just a nice way of saying "legalized murder". Two wrongs do not make things right.

However, since it is legal to have an abortion, the law does not view it as murder and therefore no punishment. Actually some religions do not view it as murder either as the spirit of God or "life" does not come into the fetus until it takes it's first breath. This relates to Genesis 2:7 " the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man BECAME a living being.?" Therefore until the first breath many do not believe the fetus to be a "living being".

i've got not got faith that's homicide. i might fairly a fetus be aborted early in the being pregnant than a woman improve a new child that she would not choose, love or can no longer grant for. Too a lot of human beings have little ones who fairly shouldn't. What do you think of welfare will pay for? additionally, if a woman chum or relative of yours have been given pregnant by way of a rape, might you be pleased together with her having the new child? The dying penalty should not be used for docs who carry out abortions and for women people who seek for abortions. Roe v. Wade gave us the splendid to have an abortion and the dying penalty is for heinous crimes like intentional homicide.

Because sadly, it is currently legal to kill your baby as long as he hasn't passed a certain milestone of growing....what is it about 3-4 months? Apparently after that, it becomes a felony. Weird how one month can make all the difference between life and death.

But these are just mere man-made laws. We also answer to God's laws, and even in the Bible, He tells us "Choose Life". So He will judge us according to His laws.

Yes, the women who aborted their unborn foetuses should receive the death punishment.

Why?
1) They have assumed their maternity rights as "mothers" to murder their flesh and blood out of their own convenience, without seeking any approval from their children just because they could not voice out for themselves.

This isthe most important arugment.

If God considers abortion to be murder then I would imagine the death penalty of Hell would be imposed.

It's not murder of course.

Fun how the anti-abortion religious right often support the death penalty though.

according to God yes. according to mans laws it is legal

If a drunk runs a red light and kills a pregnant lady he is charged with 2 murders, hers and the "baby". Even if she was on the way to the abortion clinic to abort her "fetus".

You ask about bible contradiction (which there are none) but overlook the world around you.
