Yes, God's vengeance will all come at one time on the day of judgment, this question is the same as why doe's God allow ministers to become fat cats and rip people off of their offerings, some get exposed now and for the ones that get away with it now will pay later, pay me now or pay me later!

God Love and do not allow any harm in this world . Only Satan create suffering for living creatures in the world, eg : molesters, etc...

Society is not perfect. People are abused in many ways, and people don't push our society hard enough, to treat the victums of abuse and protect our children from abuse. Abused people can become desparate individuals, when they, due to abuse and genetic susceptibility, lose control of themselves and do terrible things. God demands that we address the problems in this world, and if we don't consequences happen. We must be very aware, that bad people exist, and take every reasonable precaution to protect our young ones and ourselves. Also pray to God for protection. And if something bad does happen despite all, one should use it , to motivate yourself, to become part of the cause, to solve this problem.
