Forsooth!

'twixt blade and hammer, eel and toad, the perfunctionary light of dawn! The truth sought oftentimes I seek not in others yet in thyself!

I think that can anyone say that they are true to themselves. i notice that you put this question into a singular word by useing the word THY . by useing this word you really are asking if i am true to myself , again i wonder if anyone is true to themselves , , on looking back into they own life , example of this could be something like , your husband , comming up to you and saying to you , a friend of mine saw you and another man going into a movie together , then he said to me that he saw you both holding hands , after . . iNOW the question here is did you go into the movie together , and did you hold hands , to me i see nothing wrong in saying to your husband yes i did , and nothing happened , so in this case you use the word thy , because you know that nothing happened , THY is a very old fashion word to use , and you do not here it much nowadays , but when you do use it , it is like you and you alone is telling the truth , hope this has not confused you to much

I am true to myself, but not sure if I am to thy self.

Not always.. This old rotten flesh rather be sneaky, and do the easy way out. But praise be to God he is always helping me.

Yes...but first you have to know your real self.
