Before I got serious about changing my lifestyle, I always b*tched and moaned about how much I hate water.

I've recently noticed that with the change in my habits, I'm drinking more water and instead of saying I hate it, I say I need it. And I think its helping...

This whole weight loss thing is only part physical for me. Its more like a mental game to me. I'm not trying to get all deep like I'm a specialist or anything, I just know myself and my body and personality. LOL, maybe I think too hard.

It usually takes me a whole day to finish a bottle of water. I'm going on my 2nd at 9am. Instead of eating 1st, I switched it up and had my bottle of water before actually eating the food.

And I feel damn good. And I think that because I like this feeling, that I will continue doing what I'm doing until I need to incorporate more. I was lookin at my butt today in the reflection of the building. I was like, Oh yeah babe

Anyone else with a story? Feel free to share! HappyFriday

I tottally agree!

my exact word were: "Water is an edible cleaning fluid"

I could not stand the stuff and drank nothing but coca-cola....after several unsuccessful attempts at switching from coca cola to oasis, lucozade, ribena etc. I turned to water.

I was astounded at how it cures both thirst and hunger, detoxes your body, makes your skin healthier, makes your weight drop dramatically and gives you more energy!

I, like you, fill a 2litre bottle full of water and try and finish it by the end of the day. I re-fill it daily and have done so for the past 4 weeks.

its weird, almost word for word I have done exactly what you have, I cannot believe how my opinino on water has changed.

I recommend drinknig water to anyone coming off fizzy drinks, you have no idea the difference it makes. if i can get off cola (8 cans a day) anyone can!

thanks for sharing your story I agree with everything you have said!

Water is the single most simple change you can make in your lifestyle that will stick with you.

I was like you, hated to drink water, until I started and realized, how thirsty I really was! Now, instead of reaching for a high fat snack, I keep my water at hand and if I need something to do while I am on the computer or reading, I drink water instead.

Water's good for you. That's cool that you're drinking more of it.

It carries away impurities & keeps your body hydrated.

Alot of people don't drink enough & end up with kidney problems, liver failure & a host of other issues.

Our bodies are mostly water & we need plenty of it to stay healthy.

My favorite water is Distilled Water.

For those who don't like water too much, try it with some lemon to add a little flavor.
