Halloween doesn't have any special significance for Asatruar. How will we celebrate? Our kids will dress up in their costumes and we will go to Trick-or-Treat carnival.
Winternights is a week and a half or so before Halloween, and is probably the closest thing you'll find in our celebrations. It marks the beginning of winter. It is a celebration of a bountiful harvest, and a time to honor all the 'forces' associated with it (Gisli's Saga specifically mentions Freyr. For many, Freyja and the Disir also play an important role).

A follow-up to Yrsa's comment...
"Winternights" celebrations aren't held on a fixed calendar date that's the same for all heathens. In the far northern places, for example, summers are brief and winters arrive early. The farther south you go, the later winter actually arrives. If you've lived in the same place for years, you know approximately when to expect that local crops are gathered, most of the leaves are down, and the first frost arrives.
That's the time to hold Winternights! :)
