i am working with a companey, am just working as suply clark , but my bosses restrict me form the uses of the machines like the typing machines computers and other,all thair reasons hits at my small title yet am supose to use those machines in updating office documents.one of them told me that am young for the job am doing.i always get appriciations daily due to good job. what can i do to this people?

Maybe they are not comfortable to let you handles those office equiptment because in their eyes you are still too young. You can overcome this by showing them that you really know how to handle them. Or maybe show them your proficiency certificate or something that would convince.
Maybe a little demonstration will also do.

In a properly run company, you will only have one boss. If other people tell you you can't do things, you should be able to check with your boss. You boss will decide if you are right or wrong. If you think you need machines to do your job properly, explain to your boss that you think it would be better for the company if you used the machines. He will decide and you will have to do as he advises.
If you have several people who think they are your boss, ask each of them why you have other bosses. If they can't sort it out, get another job if you can.
