You can't in such a personal section. Beliefs influence everyone's questions and answers in R&S, and there are no definitive answers to who's beliefs are right or wrong. However, those asking questions in R&S usually have an idea of the 'right' answer when they post their question, mostly they are looking for vindication, not answers.

A right question is anything reasonably well written (polite, articulate, perhaps even grammatical) which has to do with religion or spirituality, broadly construed. Ethics and morals, for example, validly belong here, although they may also belong elsewhere.
A right answer should also be reasonably well written (polite, articulate, perhaps even grammatical) and responsive to the question. Agree, disagree, see it from a different angle, or whatever. But in response to the question.
Wrong, whether question or answer, would be those that fail to meet these standards. We give a good bit of slack on grammar and spelling when we can, if only the meaning is clear. But when it is not even a question or an answer, as appropriate, when it rants or condemns those who disagree, when it mocks and calls people or their ideas foul names, when it is not really about religious or spiritual matters, we should report it for a violation of Community Guidelines.

I consider that a question asked in order to learn something is "right". Any question that either is not an actual question, or is just a mockery or scoffing, et cetera, they are not legitimate questions. Tearing down straw men for the sake of patting yourself on the back or feeling good about what you believe - these, too, are not legitimate questions. They are "wrong".
I tend to answer questions in the same vein as they are asked. If the question is sarcastic, then I tend to get sarcastic, as well. If the question is legit, then I respond with a legitimate answer.
In R&S, there are no "wrong" answers, since all answers are opinions.
WAIT! That's not absolutely true.
I have presented scientific facts and received "thumbs down". Hmmmmm. Interesting that people who rely on science to defend their position will give a thumbs down to science. Sounds pseudo-intellectual to ME.
Furthermore, people who CLAIM to depend on science never actually present any scientific facts to support their views.
So, which is right, and which is wrong? Hmmm. Getting a thumbs down for presenting scientific facts? I would say that, in spite of the thumbs down, that is a "right" answer.
Claiming to believe that science supports your view, yet never actually giving anything scientific, just the opinions of others who happen to share your opinion? I would tend to say that this is a "wrong" answer. Especially when some of the so-called "scientific evidence" were lies planted by over-zealous pre-biased science wannabees! (I refer to the "piltdown man" used to support evolution, but in reality, was built up from the tooth of a dead pig - a boar!) Now THAT kind of science IS, indeed, "wrong"!

right : anything that god said it is right and good and did not say it is wrong
wrong : anything god said it is wrong
if god did not say anything in something ( and i doubted) it will be right in general
