If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in you heart that God raised Him from the dead you will be saved. For with the heart man believes and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world but that the world thru Him might be saved.
I don't know why there are so many views. Has to be willful ignorance I guess.
The Bible is right. God who said these things is right.

It's sad that many churches teach that if you say a prayer and ask God into your heart, you're saved. The bible teaches this NOWHERE!
This is the line of thinking that makes people base their theology from the back of christian T-shirts or from their favorite christian band.
Being saved is a radical change from the old way you acted before salvation. Judge them by their fruits!
If you look like and act like the world, brother, you're probably not saved! This world doesn't have "Jack Squat" to offer except death.
The reason for so many views is that the USA is so politically correct that we don't want to offend anyone!
If you're a sinner, THE BIBLE WILL OFFEND YOU TO THE CORE OF YOUR BEING!
Just look at the way some people on here lash back at Christian answers and perspectives, THEY CAN"T STAND IT! They call it bigoted! "I couldn't serve a bigoted god", they'll say.
God is jealous and He wants 100% of your worship. He will not share that throne with Satan.
........tell the world......

There are so many difference views because people use their own reasoning instead of God's. I wrote an article about what the Bible says it takes to be saved. If anyone is interested here is the link since it is to large to post in here.

Let's see...eternity in hell or eternity in Heaven? It appears this might be an issue that warrants looking into. There is a book called "The Holy Word of God" or "The Bible" that is worth reading. God the Father (the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End) and God the Son (Jesus Christ) both addresses this topic personally in detail. Check it out!

The wages of sin is death.
For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
Verily, I say unto thee. Except a man be born again he cannot enter the Kingdom of God.
I am the way the truth and the light, no man cometh unto the Father but by me.
For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not persih but have everlasting life.
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
If we confess our sins he is faithful and just to cleanse us all from unrighteousness.
The Bible is right and clear enough to me. NO ONE is right. No other view. The Bible says it. You have to accept Christ as your personal saviour in order to go to 'heaven.'

Yes, it is. However people will home in on one verse and say that this justifies their belief.
'For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.' Ephesians 2:8-9
'And this is eternal life, that you believe on the Father and His Son whom He sent.' John 17:3
'For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His son in the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.' John 3:16-17

You Must:
Know we all have sinned. Romans 3:23
Sin Has a penalty. Romans 6:23
The payment of sin is death and separation from God in a place the Bible calls hell. Revelation 20:14
Jesus Paid the Penalty. Romans 5:8
Believe in your heart on Jesus today. Romans 10:9
To believe on Jesus Christ as Saviour means to believe that He died for you, paid the price for your sin and that He is the only way to heaven. You can express your belief on Jesus by calling on Him in prayer.

Faith on the Bible truths it contains in regard to God, Christ, the ransom, etc,
Repentance, works befitting repentance and baptism, and more works befitting repentance. A holy life avoiding willful sin so as not to be damned forever (Heb 10:26)
This will if enduring in good works lead to salvation.

The bible is not clear
It has passed through many hands
which have tampered with the real in favor of expedient agendas.
stories from a tribal people are not universally true for all time.
the reformation brought about an uncovering of truths which the churches dealt with in their own way with their limited understanding.
the history is violent.
early Christians persecuted and destroyed opposing faiths as pagans or heathens and forcibly converged them after complicity participating in the destruction of earlier civilizations because they did not tie in with their view of saving.
whole civilizations were destroyed so that they could be saved. in south America, and all pre-Christian cultures, religions were negated,
over time leaders found rationalizations for previous errors or forgot them altogether.
none of them is right.
only someone who has touched the divine and is divine and can transmit it can save you. scholars, political players, time servers and bureaucrats all exist in other arenas of life. they have no place in the spiritual world.
if they themselves have not been saved by the divine and are sufficiently divine to save others, blind faith in words will not save us.
