Try and eat as healthy as possible (lots of fruits and veggies). Also try and little bits at a time, lots during the day. Even if that means you eat 10 times a day, lol. There's no sense in fighting the cravings :):):), just try and control the intake. It's great that your walking, I'm sure the weight won't be an issue for you after the baby comes.
Congrats!

I ate very healthy and was really strict for the first trimester.
I still tried to eat pretty good the second trimester but I did eat junk sometimes.
When I got to the last two months, forget it, I ate soooo bad with junk food because I was so uncomfortable and my midwife kept telling me to cut back on the carbs.
I think that's why my little bub ended up weighing 8 lbs 4 ozs.
I put on 2 pounds or more every week at the end.
I wish I didn't do that though because I used to wear a size 12 and after I had him I was a size 16 and now I am down to a size 14 after 4 months.
Sigh....I'm still dieting.

Things are likely never the same during pregnancy.Your eating attitude will definitely change, it is adviseable not to store up too much fat while being preg. Since you take a glass of juice daily its also very hlepful to your health and the baby.

During my first preg, I never tasted my favourite food till I was 8months cos they tasted nasty also. You need not worry so much cos in few months time it will be over.

I have...Veggies make me so sick...And I crave cookies lol along with pickles.

I try to limit my cookie in take to a treat of four a night. I do eat alot of fruits b/c it kinda settles my sweet tooth.

Also to help with non veggie consumption I buy that juicey-juice harvest and drink two cups a day it has 2 servings of fruits and veggies in it plus i take vitimans so i'm sure the baby is getting everything it needs.

it really is important for you to limit your junk food intake. your baby gets the nutrients that you take in and if you aren't taking in nutritious things then your baby isn't getting them. ice cream and chips are okay IN MODERATION!!! you should only be consuming 300 calories more than you normally would and if you are eating all of that junk every day it isn't unreasonable to assume that you are consuming WAY more calories than you should be daily. on top of it not being healthy for your pregnancy you will likely gain a lot of pregnancy weight that will be very difficult to get rid of after the baby.
