You don't have to buy him something luxurious. if i might suggest you, you can make something special for him, if you could draw, you can make a cute cartoon of him maybe you can add some stories, i believe he must be happy. If you are an artistic person, you can do a lot of things..make a song.. make a sculpture maybe? hehe...or if you could cook..bake a cake or cookies for him..that's cute..please open www.cookingcute.com.. it might be helpful!
just be more and more creative of creating stuffs, because since your boy has everything, buying stuffs would be the same old gifts for him!

Call him at a coffee shop and buy him a coffee and spend quality time with him. Better still, call him on a date at a private place and buy him a nice drink and spend time together
