Someone gave me a pomegranite yesterday...(@ med. sized) what's something, other than just eating it, that I can do with it that will add "zing" to a meal?

POMEGRANITE PUDINGS

Pomegranite is very very good for Eye/Pruify your Blood/ shine your Body.It will reduce salt in Urine.

Pomegranite Seeds comes in RED/WHITE/ORANGE/LIGHT PINK and size of the Fruit is Lemon Size to Coconut Size.

Require Items:

1.Pomegranite Seeds - 1 Cup
2.Milk - 500 ml ( Boiled & Cooled )
3.Sugar -100 gm
4.Custurd Powder -50 gm ( you can take any flavour)
5.Dry Grapes/Cashew Nut/Pistha Or any Dry Fruits -1 Spoon(Make into small pcs)

Boil Milk & add Sugar,Custurd Powder & Strir it & Cool it. After cooling Add Pomegrate,Dry fruits.
( Please note if you Pomegrate in hot milk Colour will change.So add after cooling)

If you want hot you can take otherwise De-freez it Refrigerator and have like COOL POMEGRANITE PUDDING.

You can also juice a Pomegranate. (though a single one won't make much juice. 3-4 = 1/2 cup)

You cut them across the equator and juice them just like an orange. (You might want to slice off the flower tip before you press it to the juicer dome though)

The juice makes a great flavoring or just drink it straight.

Fresh pomegranate juice lightly chilled is amazing.

Scoop it out and use it in a nutty salad (lettuce, walnuts, cashews, brazil nuts, shredded carrot, cucumber, salad dressing).

Or add it to a fruit salad and add a dolop of creme freche or plain yogurt.

yes Pomegranate - best eaten with vanilla ice cream amazing combination
